Good views of the mountains from north and south side of the unit. Located near the end of the development, so very little foot traffic in front allowing for good privacy. The unit was clean and attractively decorated. Smart lay-out. Areas of improvement: Unit can use more kitchen utensils, flatware, glasses, plates, pool towels, etc. Cable TV did not work.One complaint directed toward management company: On Saturday, an all day event occured near the tennis center. In itself, that was no problem; however the event blared loud obnoxious music which greatly diminished the tranquility of the place. Reviewer Comments: We reserved a rental villa at Santa Rosa Cove from 12/26/19-01/01/20\. We expected a very quiet and relax stay. However that did not happen.Instead, upon arriving in La Quinta, we received a phone call that our Villa was not available due to a water problem, that we would be placed into another comparable villa. Upon arriving to the front desk, there was no record of the change. After some time and frustration, the issue was resolved and we were placed in a villa at Tennis Village, RIGHT ON THE TENNIS COURT. Our stay was anything but relaxing with all of the noise and people on the courts.
