WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter our community pools are heated. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? This vacation rental is furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. This property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons and more. A Kuerig coffee maker is provided with starter pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, tissue paper, hand soap, dish sponge and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No, we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Unfortunately, no pets allowed. We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm. Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit. PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can\`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street. VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles. VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket. NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed. Loud noise isn\`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:). Unit was easy to checkin to and find. Very clean and very new feeling. Plenty of space for everyone. Just make sure you bring your own shower soap.
