Great Kitchen; Quiet Neighborhood

Nice views of snow-capped mountains from the area. The home is nicely decorated, with comfortable furnishings and a very well equipped kitchen, with everything one needs. The pantry and refrigerator were nicely stocked for our arrival, which made our arrival much easier. The office area was well laid out and made it easy to do our work while enjoying the lovely weather in LaQuinta. The owner was very responsive and helpful when a few small items needed attention.

Fantastic Home Away from Home

We just spent a month at this fantastic home. Let me start with John was a fabulous and attentive host, from booking to check out and everything in between. The home is exactly what the pictures show - the outdoor area and pool as well. It is a well appointed comfortable home, our host pre-stocked by providing a preference list which was a great - when we arrived all we needed to do was settle in and enjoy our home away from home. We travel this way several times a year and will definitely keep this property and host in mind !

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful month at this beautiful property… the backyard was a beautiful oasis and I think we must’ve been in the hot tub every evening celebrating our good fortune to be in Palm Springs for March. The owner stocked up the house with so many items to save us from going to the grocery store. It was quite the surprise! All new bedding and towels ready for our stay. John is a wonderful communicator and very easy to reach should any problems arise! We loved the property so much that we tried to book it for next March but someone beat us to it!

Exceptional

We've been staying in LaQuinta for the last six years at various properties. This property is the best we've stayed at and the others were also very good. John, the owner, could not have been more gracious to any requests made during our stay. From the free stocking of the pantry and the fridge with enough things to get us thru the first week and beyond is a first. He even provided 7 bottles of wine, complimentary. The fridge was stocked with eggs, waffles, muffins, milk, and water. The pantry was stocked with coffee, pasta and sauce, cereal, canned soup, energy bars and much more. The house is perfect for two couples with total separation of the two bedrooms. The living area was spacious with gas fireplace and a large screen TV with all the channels you could possibly watch. The kitchen was furnished in total redundancy. All items were of high quality. There was even an electric wine opener, (which was used a lot!). The outside area is well maintained. The pool and Spa are very nice and clean with a lot of lounge chairs and an outdoor fire pit. The property is located in a gated community and for the first time renting a gate transponder was provided so we didn't have to punch in a code to enter the property every time. There are two gated entries into the property off major streets, (Jefferson and Fred Waring), which makes it convenient. You are 25 min. max to multiple golf courses, shopping and dining.. We will return.
