The customer service was amazing. The team was very prompt in answering all our questions. This unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It had a great view off the balcony and from the bedrooms. It was right near the clubhouse and main pools. It was also very quiet for the most part. . We had a few issues during our stay ( garage access didn't work and some people decided to use the hammocks at 2 am and wake us, however they were addressed quickly.
