Home Truths: \- Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. \- This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without AvantStay’s approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors. \- Please note that the small garage unit on property is not accessible to guests, and it is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. For parking, there are two large garage units available and reserved for only guests. \- Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. \- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. \- Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. If you need to rearrange, please return items afterward or contact our Concierge. Unauthorized movement may result in a reset fee. Parking Details: Each garage accommodates 5 cars. Each driveway accommodates 3 compact cars. This home offers one pack n' play travel crib and one high chair. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! \-- The concierge services are provided by a local, third-party service that the managing host is assisting to arrange and are not affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons, the renter understands that they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. Everything was very clean, and all of the features like the jacuzzi controls and firepit were easy to use all weekend.
