The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. All guest names must be registered with the security gate – contact the property manager through the APP to add guest names to the list. The code changes for every reservation so you and your group can feel safe and secure. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, ground coffee, French press, toaster, blender, crock pot, and a food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, spice rack, salt/pepper and more. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, guest services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? We do not allow pets other than a certified service animals under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Proper documentation will be required at time of booking. We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm. Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit. PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can\`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street. VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles. VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket. NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed. Loud noise isn\`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. It was very well appointed. The layout of of the home worked well for us, allowing for everyone to have their own space. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels for the pool. The communication with Michael was excellent and all the tech instuctions for this home were printed out in a very clear manner in a note book. We had a wonderful stay! ##### Janet S. Feels brand new and super clean. The house has absolutely everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, yard games, pool floaties and games, board games, etc. The pool misters were so helpful in the heat! The layout is amazing with the house wrapping around the pool creating a great indoor / outdoor living area. Location is great - close to downtown dining and multiple golf courses. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back! ##### ERIC i.
