Modern 3BR/2.5BA Santa Rosa Cove Home w/ Pool & Hot Tub Access – 30+ Nt Special!

This is a newly remodeled, roughly 1900 square feet 3BR 2 1/2 BA in a gated community next to a shared tennis court and swimming pool and hot tub. There are 2 master suites and a separate bedroom with 1/2 bath. It includes 2 HD flat-screen televisions with comfortable beds and a spacious dining room with seating for 6 people. It also includes a high chair and a pack n play if you have little kids. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. On the patio, there is a gas grill for your use. You're within walking distance of the La Quinta Resort and Spa that has a great selection of restaurants and a small market.

Wonderful family vacation home

Wonderful, clean and spacious house well stocked with everything we needed and more. Owners were very responsive and helpful. House was very close to multiple pools and has a tennis court just steps away. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!
