We are right next door (one block) to the Famed La Quinta Resort and Club and were built just 10 years ago, originally as a luxurious annex to the hotel. State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 2100 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. That was a welcome surprise...thank you! ##### Toni K. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Sarah E., Brooklyn, NY 1 Jan 2018 #### very nice condo! my family of four had a very good time at this very attractive and comfortably appointed unit. the very few issues that we encountered (i.e. questions about how to change the thermostat, an issue with the garage door opener) were dealt with promptly and courteously by the owner (including on christmas day!). the kitchen was very well equipped (we cooked several dinners at home, and ate out at two of the very good La Quinta Waldorf restaurants the other nights), the beds were comfy, the view out the back porch was beautiful, and the whole condo complex was very attractive and well-run. we loved having a choice of so many pools, and having a washer and dryer in the unit. the location is quite convenient, close to lots of good grocery and other shopping (a nice trader joes is 3 minutes away), and restaurants. palm springs itself is a half hour drive away but we didn't mind the trip for whenever we had to go into town. we would come back for sure! ##### Sarah E. We had plenty of space and it was nice to have bathrooms for each bedroom. The location was easy to get to and there are so many pools around that it never got crowded. Everything on the property was so pristine and well cared for, both in our townhome and on the property. The dramatic mountains all around are a part of the experience and it's different then any place I've ever stayed in that regard- really cool. The set up of our townhome was excellent, and we had everything we needed. We had some issues with the fireplace and AV set up, and our questions and issues were immediately addressed by management.
