It was clean and kitchen was one of the best rental set ups I’ve ever seen - so many dishes, pans, silverware, utensils- very easy to cook for a crowd! Yard and pool were awesome and the house layout easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 elementary kids. Ping pong table and shuffle board were super fun to have and neighborhood is great for walks. Our only complaints were being blindsided by astronomical cost for heating the pool during our stay - we really had no choice as the pool was a major factor in why we rented the house, so we paid the fee and it was a great temperature, but the way in which we learned the pool would not be heated during the check in process was disappointing and a bit of gut punch in terms of the extra cost of an already very expensive rental. The property management company did a good job with communication, but when I tried to use the service they kept pushing for the local guides/ concierge type service if we needed something, I never got a response. It would have been nice to know when landscapers and pool guy were coming during the stay as people just randomly showed up in the yard - a little disconcerting when you have little kids around. ##### Katie W. Spacious, yet private, with a common area large enough to accommodate 12\. The outdoor area provided hours of entertainment and game playing with the pool, hot tub and outdoor seating/tv. House is so much better in person - photos don’t do it justice!
