We look forward to having you as our guests! The space This brand new construction is a modern, fully equipped and very comfortable home featuring open space living room with dining room and gourmet kitchen, four bedrooms including master bedroom with private bathroom and work space. Patio includes 22' pool and a Jacuzzi for 8\. Patio area includes outdoor patio furniture, sun beds, umbrellas and a barbecue. Large size driveway can fit up to 4 cars and there is ample street parking. Guest access Entire house except garage. Other things to note Please note that rental price does not include pool heating. Pool heating is paid separately upon arrival at a rate of $75 per each day (24hrs). Please notify your host of desired pool and spa temperature settings, which cannot exceed 88F/31C and 104F/40C respectively.
