Nice home located on a corner providing us with morning sun and afternoon sun. Close the BBQ's, community pools and front of the complex. Screens on the doors would have been a nice touch as the home stayed very warm and the thermostat stated do not set below 80. Having screens would have allowed the home to naturally cool in the evening with doors open. We left doors closed as we didn't want to invite insects and other critters in the home. We like it cool at night to sleep and with no natural ventilation with open doors or windows 80 degrees is not a cool sleeping temperature. We found the kitchen to be well equipped with all the necessary items and in good condition. We could not get the outdoor electric BBQ to work and weren't sure if it was not working or was it user error. I would skip the shampoo and lotion samples in the bathrooms and provide toilet paper which there were no backup rolls of for a weeks stay. Overall it was a clean and well equipped home for 4 adults , 4 year old and a 4 month old and we would consider renting this home on future return visits .
