This La Quinta Retreat sits walking distance to Old Town La Quinta's shops, restaurants and nightlife, Large 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo with terrace overlooking swimming pool and hot tub, Pull out sofa bed and full kitchen, washer and dryer with central AC. Sleeps 4 people (Max). Location is minutes to Coachella Festival grounds, Indio Polo fields and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. La Quinta License: #260540  
  
The Space:  
  
This is a second floor condo with 1 bedroom with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full stack laundry in unit nice kitchen with granite countertops, TV and Wifi included. Free parking.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Guests enjoy private use of the condo plus access to the community amenities: multiple pools, hot tubs, and landscaped courtyards.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Shared swimming pool (4 throughout the complex) and hot tub. Pools are heated year-round and overlook the community gardens. Pets are allowed with $150 fee.  
  
Due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.
