In good shape and attractive. A few modest touches could have made it excellent. Needed a tool (brush) to clean the bbq, ensure that things like door handles, toilet paper holders, etc. are working. This sounds more negative than Ii intend but you did ask. Great house for kids with small home pool, access to large facility pool, fitness center and much more.
