Most places we have rented have a folder with information about operating appliances, garbage pickup, info about TVs. We had to call to ask although Chris was responsive. I don’t know if this is a new rule but we also had to call the owner every time we had visitors. Usually we have been given the gate code so that we could interact with the gate. We have several friends who live in the area and this process of having to call the owner every time one of them wanted to drop by was inconvenient. It was a very spacious house with simple house rules and the owner is very responsive. My only concern to point out is to make sure that the front gate has your reservation correctly.
