Welcome to Casa Milan Oasis, a beautifully remodeled single-level home in the desirable Bella Vista community of La Quinta. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, this residence blends modern upgrades with classic desert charm. Enjoy a private pool and spa with mountain views, a chef’s kitchen with quartz counters and island, and spacious living areas designed for comfort.  
  
Located just minutes from Indian Wells Golf Course and Drive, the home offers convenient access to world-class golf, dining, and shopping.  
  
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.  
  
For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.  
  
Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply, no pets greater than 25lbs and no cats allowed.

Step through double entry doors into an open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, recessed lighting, and a welcoming living area. The remodeled kitchen boasts a large island, quartz countertops, modern appliances, and both a breakfast bar and formal dining area.  
  
The Primary Suite offers a walk-in closet, soaking tub, separate shower, and dual vanity. Two additional bedrooms provide flexibility for family, guests, or office use. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, a Queen bed, and two Twin beds that can be combined to form an additional King if preferred.  
  
Outdoors, enjoy a landscaped backyard with a sparkling pool and spa — perfect for relaxing or entertaining — all framed by stunning desert mountain views. A covered patio, spacious lawn, and two bikes available for guest use complete the oasis feel.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.  
  
To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

Getting Around:  
  
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Free high-speed wireless WiFi access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area.   
  
To get there, From Fred Waring, turn North on Venice Dr, turn West on Torino Dr, turn North on Milan Ct. 2nd house on the left. Cross Street: Torino Dr.  
  
Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We pay a company to pick up the trash on the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Wednesday mornings around 6 am. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries.  
  
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
