APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

3½-room apartment on the 3rd floor. Entrance with wardrobe. One double bedroom (1.80m × 2m) and one bedroom with a single bed and a loft bed (0.90m × 2m). Two bathrooms with bathtub, WC and sink. Via the gallery, a staircase leads to the open living room with TV, fireplace, dining area and balcony with view of the Val Chamuera. Semi-open kitchen with ceramic hob with steam extractor, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. Garage space. Laundry room for common use. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Merla is located in the district of La Punt, on the Albula slope, with a wonderful view of the Val Chamuera. The train station and the bus stop are about 550m away. In the opposite part of Chamues-ch you will find shopping facilities and the ski lift "Müsella".
