9.2/10 Wonderful! (377 reviews)
This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!)
The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône.
This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bathroom has odor so we had to close the bathroom door. Blankets and pillows were so comfortable. Great dinner and breakfast were served.

"The hotel has a build out around the tv that is too low. While packing my suitcase I turned and hit my face so hard on the frame, my eye started bleeding. That’s how I knew it was that low. One worker brought me an ice pack. The front desk said that they couldn’t give me anything else. Management ..."

"Great find with great views! The quadruple room is actually 2 connecting rooms 😊 with its own bathroom. Comfortable beds, decent-sized bathroom with a modern rain shower and handheld shower. The buffet breakfast was good value for its price considering the food prices in restaurants. The lady at ..."
