My stay was cancelled three hours before check in. Had I not seen the notification as I was leaving my house I would have driven two hours to find I had no place to stay. The cancellation notice had not said “ENVIRONMENTAL” with no further explanation. I texted the host a couple of times to find out why the last minute cancellation and got no response. Very unprofessional and caused a massive inconvenience that could have been much worse.
