The interior is dated BUT spacious for families. We enjoyed the location and having our own space on the island as a home base to expand out for activities like the beach, kayaking, and boating. This property was perfect for us. Loved the spiral staircase to the hidden bunk bedroom. Enjoyed coffee on the private deck off the master bedroom. However, the unit could use some maintenance. The sliding glass door off the kitchen stuck and even came off the tract. So we were unable to use it. The deck had some rotting boards.The unit was clean and comfortable but noted large cobwebs in upper windows and mouse droppings behind TV on lower level. The coffee maker needed a good cleaning. We found some vinegar, it took some doing, but it now works. Overall, was a great space, and per usual, had a great time on the Island. ##### Mary B. We had a multi-generational family group and it worked perfectly for everyone! our grandkids especially loved the fourth level bedroom where they had a place of their own - our granddaughter immediately asked if we could come back every year! An open concept dining room - kitchen space offered us room to continue the fun while making meals and eating which worked great for a family that loves to cook together!
