Nice street house in the center of La Pobla de Segur, very well connected by; Road, train and bus.
It consists of: living room on the ground floor, kitchen-dining room and toilet on the 1st floor, two double bedrooms and bathroom on floors; 2nd and 3rd and attic room in 4th
Only 2km. is the beach of Sant Antoni. Rafting in Sort and Llavorsí. Paragliding, Canyoning. Excursions in Estany de Sant Maurici, Serra de Boumort, Congost de Mont-Rebei. Departure from www. trendelsllacs. cat
It is a very practical house, ideal for two couples with children. Being in the center of town has all the comforts and services, even so, the street being semi-pedestrian is very quiet. Sports hall with swimming pool for the summer, health center, restaurants where you eat great, terraces with a very pleasant atmosphere ... even a music pub. Supermarkets (Caprabo, Dia, Clarel), shops of all kinds (food, tobacconist, toys, stationery, clothing, hardware, photography, Chinese bazaar, all within a few steps. The Port Ainé ski slopes are 40min away. In season, there is a bus that leaves you on the ski lift. Boí-Taüll and Baqueira are 50min.-1: 15 respectively.
