Enjoy a spacious, cozy, and quiet triplex apartment with chalet ambiance, comfortably furnished for 10 guests in a small residence with traditional Savoyard style. Located in Belle Plagne at 2,100 m altitude in the heart of the Paradiski area connecting La Plagne and Les Arcs, you’ll be in a popular, peaceful part of La Plagne. The apartment is ski-in/ski-out and just a 3-minute walk from Belle Plagne’s center.
Facing southwest, the apartment is filled with natural light and offers exceptional panoramic views over La Plagne and its slopes, with stunning sunsets. Five separate bedrooms provide privacy for everyone—ideal for groups of friends or large families.
On the ground floor: one bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and toilet), a second bedroom, plus a shower room with toilet. The middle floor features a living area with fireplace, dining space for 10, and a semi-open equipped kitchen. A small bedroom with two bunk beds is also on this level. The top floor has two attic bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet.
Within Les Châlets du Vallon, you’ll have access to a ski room with boot heating and drying (under development). There’s also a ski and boot storage area in the apartment. A relaxation area with jacuzzi and sauna is available free of charge by private session for residence guests—please check on-site for access arrangements. A long, private underground garage (9.7 m x 4 m) is available free of charge for two vehicles.
