The ‘Les Coches’ resort, situated at an altitude of 1,450 metres, is within walking distance, and the nearest ski run is a 2-minute walk from the flat.

Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has a floor area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Very light and airy, it comprises a 21 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room with a separate toilet and, of course, an internet connection. This flat also has windows in every room, as well as a parking space in a locked garage.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 21 m² living area with a TV and two sofa beds (140 × 190), one of which is situated in a private sleeping area, separated from the living room by a folding door. This sleeping area offers direct access to the terrace.
