On the ground floor of the owners' house, also including another tourist accommodation. Access via an outdoor grass path from the car park (1 space, under carport). Small balcony with sun loungers, private terrace with shared land opposite the accommodation (very little used communal road between the house and the land). Access via a few steps: Living room-kitchen area with stove (no opening to the outside, door with a frosted glass window), 1 bedroom with private bathroom (shower + toilet) (1 double bed 140x190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm + 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Ski link to La Plagne 4 km. Cross-country skiing 4 km. Lake 6 km. Swimming pool 10 km. A pied-à-terre to discover the region, it is 4 km from the link to La Plagne, at the entrance to a charming typical hamlet that is La Bise. On the road to this renowned Tarentaise resort, a few bends from the cult Olympic bobsleigh track, discover comfortable accommodation. It offers a terrace with a sumptuous view, a warm mountain feel and a prime location to enjoy the valley. 4 km from the slopes of La Plagne (Paradiski connection, one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430 km of slopes). In the heart of the famous Tarentaise Valley. Ideal location for hiking and cycling in different massifs and valleys (Haute-Tarentaise, Beaufortain, Vanoise, etc.). Many legendary passes! 8 km from La Plagne and its many leisure activities for young and old.
