It is situated on the sixth floor with a south /west exposition and a balcony (slopes view).  
  
Kitchen : open on the living room with a microwave grill, a dishwasher and 1 ceramic hob 2 fires  
  
Living room : 1 sofa bed for 2 (140), 1 flat screen TV  
  
Bedroom : 2 single beds + 1 double bed on the mezzanine
