"Lovely hotel with super helpful staff in all areas. They arranged a taxi from the airport on arrival day and a return on departure. Breakfast is plentiful and has options for gluten free which was an important reason for us choosing this hotel. It's lovely and clean and our room on the top level slept 4 but was spacious and comfortable. The staff in every area were polite and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely Pisco sours in the bar too."
"A wonderful location to base exploration of the Miraflores park, Lima and a great nearby food scene. Property really is as amazing as advertised with comfortable beds and furnishings, well equipped and amazing views. Erika and team were incredibly helpful with many suggestions, and very responsive when we ran into issues (e.g., we could not figure out how to work the washing machine, we needed to turn on the heat). The apartment is on 3 levels with all the bedrooms on the second level, so you needed to be able to do stairs. But the separation of spaces was nice. And the rooftop terrace was appreciated, ever with the cool August weather. The one suggestion I have is to get the front lock demonstration more than once. It was complicated!"
