The staff was very helpful for everything asked of them. The pool could have been a little bit clean, the food was just ok(breakfast was the best), and the gym needs to be extremely updated. There's too many old gym equipment and some didn't work.

I took the family for a stay at the ETM Private Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica. The villa is more beautiful than the pictures shows very spacious. The owner and the staff were attentive and freindly, local restaurant, market and shops minutes away. You think the pool is the main attraction, think again. Overall ETM Private Wellness Retreat is a place a plan on going back.
