Amazing place to stay. Next time we are in Costa Rica we will definitely be staying here. It was our 10 year anniversary, not only did they do an amazing job decorating our room they even upgraded our villa. Ricardo especially stood out everyday he helped us weather it was food recommendations and tours. Very clean and comfortable and just a beautiful location with wild life everywhere. We were able to see monkeys right outside our balcony. 100% recommended

The grounds of the resort are well kept and quite nice. The rooms are pretty worn out and not very well cleaned.
The beach is great and the pools are nice.
The food was pretty good with lots of options.
Some of the staff were awesome, like a handful of them. However most of the staff, we found to be very unfriendly.
Unlikely to return, mostly because the vibe didn’t feel overly welcoming. The rooms were not great but we didn’t mind as we spent almost no time in the rooms.

Favorite hotel I've ever stayed at! Amazing breakfast, beautiful property and view, close to downtown shops and restaurants, beautiful warm pool and hottub, and lovely spa.

The toilets dont work most of the time so maintenance has to be called atleast once a day to get the water running. Breakfast is free but EVERYDAY it is Horrible eggs, sausage plantains, and rice...location is far away from most attractions. Rooms were dirty however housekeeping states they come ...

Clean room, spacious place for 2 adults and 3 kids. Delicious fresh fruits on breakfast. Great springs pools with different temperatures. Only one con is a very crowded during the weekend. The staff allow day pass, probably that is the reason
