An additional bathroom, including a toilet, is available for other guests. The house was completely renovated in 2026; electrical systems, flooring, air conditioning, interior and exterior painting, and fully refurnished, with completion in 2026. The villa is ideal for families, workations, and those seeking peace and quiet. A car is strongly recommended, as the villa is located in a quiet area without direct bus service. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. A supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. A tennis court is a 3-minute walk away.
