Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the girl who does breakfast. The cleaner was thorough about her job.
Only one thing I would like mention is:
It will be great if they can provide towel for free because most guests just allow to have a very small capacity of bag , no chance to pack towel

"In order to leave a review I had to give it an underserving one star ⭐ The staff were rude and spoke to myself and my husband with utter disrespect as if we were little kids! The room we were given was dirty and had nowhere to put anything. We had as a 'wet room' so everything got soaked...such a ..."

"The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Our only concern was with parking. The hotel lot is offsite and was full so we had to find other parking which was difficult especially with the very narrow roads."
