For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

I have to leave before my plans due my husband has sick. One of the staff members: Juan Carlos at the front desk was very compassionate on my situation, helping me to find a ride to the airport, also help me to get filed a request for refund some of the days I never used . Definitely we will comeback ...
