Ist off the service was excellent. The reception upon arrival was welcoming. They remembered my request for no carpet because I have asthma. The room was very clean and comfortable. There are things to do on site. Family friendly too. Close to amenities and activities in the city of Malbaie. Lovely stay.

The hotel is situated on a large and well maintained property with a pool and some pickle ball courts. The pool is quite pleasant but sometimes gets loud as it is also opened to locals. The room was very clean and looked recently redone. The complimentary breakfast was ok.

The hotel has been updated but our tub did not drain properly. This was gross and disappointing for the amount of money we spent on two nights there. The breakfast was okay. Lovely grounds and nice pool and pickleball courts.

Well situated, a good walk to the casino. If anything, little corrections for the room. (Some very little touch up for the paint) although an automatic door closer would be appreciated as the door does not close and stays open. Personally, since we were on motorcycles, a reserved section for 4 asphalted motorcycle would greatly be appreciated. Making them stable and safe and would keep a little more distance from other cars. This being said, we will be visiting this hotel again on our next visit to this area. Oh, one last thing. Great waffle and service for breakfast. Might just use a little more variety like beacon, eggs and sausages. Thank you.

Stayed in single King bed room. Spotless rooms. Excellent bathroom with tub and shower. Sufficient breakfast incuding warm baked beans. Quite location and nice people at the desk whose english far surpassed our french.

A large pretty property that makes you feel like you're staying on a country estate. Pool was a lovely temperature and super clean. New deck area is a nice addition. Rooms and common areas are a little tired. Breakfast was just OK. Croissants were particularly disappointing.

We had reserved two rooms at Le Petit Berger. One room was good, as per the other reviews. The other one had a strong odor of paint, ans the windows don't open. We asked for another room, they had put the AC au super cold, so at first, it seemed okay, but we turned down the AC and when we came back, the paint odor was so strong that we couldn't stay there. We called the manager who offered us another room, but the smell was as strong. The manager told us all the rooms had been painted at the same time and refused to give us a refund. We had to contact Expedia to get one. We ended up staying at another hotel. Don't go to this hotel until they get professional help to air the rooms. As the aeration system is lacking and the windows don't open!
