On the 12.50m2 balcony: magnificent 180-degree view of the sea, the beach, the pine trees, and the Golden Islands: the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Levant are in front of you.<br><br>The customs path starts at the foot of your apartment and you can go on foot or by bike on the beautiful seaside.<br>Direct access to the beach and sea (30 metres), without road to cross, in an ENTIRELY PEDESTRIAN area, feet in the water! Children are safe.<br><br>Possibility of BED LINEN and bath linen rental: PROVIDED ON REQUEST WITH SUPPLEMENT. Rates to be asked of me.
