Provencal style home in Mediterranean seaside town
The approach to house contains large terrace for outdoor dining with motorized awning and planted area. Lower level of house includes a recently remodeled kitchen with French windows opening onto the terrace. Past the kitchen on the right is the combined dining and living room area with a French window opening onto a small garden at the back of the house. To the left of the entrance is the corridor to the first-floor bedroom and a large Italian-style shower room and the stairs to the two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. Each bedroom has a bed for two people. Living room has a convertible couch for two people to sleep for a total of eight people.
Walled garden has a gate leading to a tree shaded lane. Taking the lane to the right and catty corner to the rear of the house is a typical Provencal square lined with plane trees with a boule playing ground in the center. Taking the lane to the left will lead you to the center of the town of La Londe Les Maures. The main street is lined with cafes, restaurants, and necessities such as banks and pharmacies as well as a Casino supermarket at each end.
House is 9 minutes by car, 14 minutes by bicycle, 46-minute by foot, and 3.6 kilometers from the recreational Port Miramar and adjacent beaches. Port includes docking for sailing and motorboats formed by a boardwalk lined with restaurants and stores offering mostly beachwear and paraphernalia. You can embark for the islands of Port-Cros or Porquerolles and spend the day in Saint Tropez from Port Miramar with the company of boatmen of the French Riviera.

There are trails along the beaches and along the shore past rocky point to Fort of Breganson. Between the shore and the mountains is an agricultural area of mostly vineyards with some excellent chateau for wine tasting. More rugged hiking trails climb the slopes of the Maures.

Logement relativement conforme à la description ; 3 chambres + 1 canapé-lit dans le salon, 1 salle d'eau, 1 salle de bain, mais 1 seul wc. Cuisine bien équipée et épicerie de base. Logement bien pour dormir mais manque de charme ; ménage superficiel (mais frais de ménage peu élevés et location moins chère que les autres alentours, donc on s'y retrouve). Procédure d'arrivée et de départ très simple (boîte à clefs) et très bonne réactivité de l'hôte par messages.
Très bon emplacement pour un départ en bateau pour les différentes iles.
La maison est très bien, agréable, propre et très bon contact avec la référente..

Il est bien adapté pour un groupe de 6 personnes voire 8.
Nous avons apprécié la gentilesse de la personne chargée de l'accueil.
Seule petite remarque la vaisselle les verres les plats de service les casseroles etc sont insuffisants.
Nous y retournerons sans problème.
