Located to the west, a few steps from the Miramar marina, the Bay of Islands has a large sandy beach, Miramar Beach. Access to the beach is direct from a path that starts from the steps of the residence without road to cross. This residence offers a special way of life with unspoiled nature, free of vehicle traffic with the possibility for children to go from the port to the beach safely.
