I stayed for five nights and needed an iron, but I was told I had to pay to have it sent to my room. This was the first time a hotel didn't offer to bring the iron to me; instead, they asked for payment. I didn't request the service—my goal was to iron my own shirt during my five-day stay. Very disappointed.

Nos encanta este hotel porque nos gusta disfrutar de Ruzafa y sus alrededores, facil de caminar a cualquier lado de la ciudad y su bar es excelente para tomar algo antes de irte a dormir.

Lovely hotel, in an excellent location! Staff very attentive, Rooftop barman Sebastian made the best cocktails we’d ever had, would highly recommend them! Breakfast staff were also excellent, great options available. The rooms were spotless and the small rooftop plunge pool/jacuzzi was a welcome addition after wandering around the city! Would 100% recommend this hotel right by the cathedral square, couldn’t fault it!
