Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue, sin duda, el personal: todos fueron muy, muy amables, atentos y serviciales. La habitación también es bastante amplia y espaciosa.
Sin embargo, sentimos que el hotel no ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio. En persona se ve bastante más antiguo de lo que aparenta en las fotos. No tiene Smart TV, la mayoría de las toallas están bastante viejas y los amenities son muy básicos: champú, acondicionador, gel de cuerpo y jabón de manos. La mini nevera no enfría bien y la habitación tampoco cuenta con plancha.
La comida del restaurante fue bastante básica. En dos ocasiones pedimos platos que, en nuestra opinión, no justificaban el precio: estaban poco elaborados y con muy poco sabor.
La ubicación tampoco nos pareció conveniente para el precio. Aunque hay una parada de autobús prácticamente en la entrada, llegar al centro/Gran Vía toma unos 40-45 minutos. El metro está a unos 15 minutos caminando, por lo que el trayecto total puede acercarse a una hora. Además, la zona tiene muy poco alrededor; hay un supermercado a unos 15 minutos caminando, pero pocas opciones de restaurantes o comercios.
En general, el personal fue excelente y la habitación muy amplia, pero consideramos que la habitación, ubicación y servicios no justifican el precio por noche

"The room was lovely although small for a superior. There was no free bottle of water or tea/coffee making equipment which is the normal for a Parador. The staff did provide these after we asked for them. Bed was very comfortable, bar staff were very nice although service a little slow. Food was delicious ..."
