Furthermore, there is a beautifully and comfortably furnished reading nook with an additional sofa bed and a screen separating it from the rest of the floor.

Also located on this level is the bathroom with a bathtub, integrated shower, and toilet. A heated towel rail and ample storage space complete the amenities.

On the top floor, also accessible via a spiral staircase, you'll find a beautiful, light-filled living room with an open fireplace and an adjoining glass front leading to the roof terrace. Here you can fully appreciate the character of this stone house.

The adjoining roof terrace is furnished with attractive garden furniture and offers breathtaking panoramic views over the rooftops, forests, and all the way to the snow-capped mountains.
