In the heart of the perched village of La Garde-Adhémar, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, discover La Closerie d'Escalin. This characterful house with enclosed garden, shaded terraces and open-air jacuzzi is ideal for moments of absolute relaxation with family or friends.

Entirely renovated while preserving its old-world charm (exposed stones, antique furniture), La Closerie d'Escalin, classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation, can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

On the ground floor:
• Entrance with guest toilet
• Fitted kitchen
• Dining room with large wooden table and direct access to the panoramic vaulted terrace offering a postcard view of the valley and garden
• TV lounge area, games room with table football and board games (Uno, Scrabble, card games)

L’espace intérieur comme extérieur. La situation dans le village et quel village ! La multitude de services offerts. Le professionnalisme de l’agence et la gentillesse de son personnel. Remplacer la moquette des chambres et peut-être une salle d’eau supplémentaire.

Un écrin sur un éperon rocheux

Nous avons passé un weekend avec un groupe de 11 amis. La maison est très confortable avec beaucoup de différents espaces aussi bien intérieur qu’extérieur. Elle est très bien équipée en terme de vaisselle et de matériel de cuisine. L’organisation de l’agence, mail de bienvenue qui donne tous les détail sur la maison et ses environs ainsi que l’accueil et les modalités de départ (possibilité de partir à 15h) sont au top. Prévoir une bouteille de gaz d’avance pour le barbecue afin d’éviter au locataire de devoir aller à l’épicerie en plein repas, heureusement c’était un midi et pas pendant le dîner. De plus mais c’est anecdotique la cafetière a besoin d’être détartrée

La bâtisse, les différents espaces ( plusieurs terrasses), l'emplacement, les équipements ( barbecue, ping-pong, jacuzzi, chaises longues....) Il serait intéressant d'avoir une plus grande cafetière (pour 12 adultes, il faut en faire 2 ). Plus de petites cuillères.

Magnifique séjours d’automne dans ce très beau gîte. Maison spacieuse, literie très confortable, cuisine très très bien équipée, super salle de jeux pour les enfants (et les adultes), jardin médiéval très agréable avec transats, canapés extérieurs, table de ping-pong et bien sûr le très grand jacuzzi ! Deux superbes terrasses face à la vue dont nous avons beaucoup profité. Les chambres sont anciennes mais très grandes et confortables (Les salles de bains et cuisine sont rénovées). Bref un gîte avec beaucoup de charme, de confort et d’équipements, parfaitement situé dans ce magnifique village et les alentours.

Agréable séjour dans une maison pleine de charme et d’authenticité

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 jours dans cette très jolie maison qui a beaucoup de cache et d’authenticité. Nous étions un groupe d’amis composé de 3 familles avec 2 adolescents et une enfant de 11 ans. Nous avons tous trouvé facilement nos marques et l’espace qu’offre cette maison permet à chacun d’avoir son coin de repos . La maison est très bien équipée et le jacuzzi est très appréciable… sans oublié la vue magnifique qu’offre la terrasse pendant l’apéritif ou le petit déjeuner. Merci pour votre accueil et cet agréable séjour.

Bon séjour malgré désagrément avec les draps

La maison et le village sont très sympas. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et les enfants avaient suffisamment d'espace interieur et extérieur pour s'amuser. Le seul point négatif a été les draps fournis, le set de draps pour lequel nous avons été payé en supplément de la location était incomplet (il manquait la housse de couette et le drap housse) aucune solution n'a été fournis par la société de location et nous avons du dormir avec une couette sans housse ce qui n'est pas du tout hygiénique.

propriété très bien située et très bien équipée pour petits et grand! literie au top! à part les oreillers.... belle salle de séjour grandes chambres(dommage ce soit de la moquette au sol...) avec 2 belles salles de bain neuves bref je conseille !

IDEAL POUR WEEKEND ENTRE AMIS/FAMILLE

Le lieu est superbe, l'environnement également. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. La "maison" est très bien équipée, tout le confort y est avec pas mal de services et de quoi passer de bons moment en intérieur comme en extérieur. L'organisation avec l'agence est fluide et ils sont plutôt arrangeants. Seul petit bémol, l'annonce laisse penser que l'on est totalement isolé mais la cour enherbée (avec les transat') donne directement sur celle des voisins. Attention au bruit donc ! Pour le reste rien à redire, tout était parfait ! Merci
