The Little Dock

This former fisherman's house benefits from an exceptional environment, between sea and commerce, in the heart of a preserved coastline.

Located facing the shore, just a few steps from the shops and the marina of La Forêt-Fouesnant, it offers a lively panorama of the tides, the sailboats and the changing horizons.

Here, everyday life has a rare taste for the essentials, in a natural setting reminiscent of the most beautiful Breton islands.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 7 days minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

La Petite Cale is an authentic semi-detached fisherman's house of about 40 m², completely renovated with care, combining charm, comfort and seaside spirit.

Spread over two levels, the house has been designed to offer you a pleasant stay in a warm and cocooning.

On the ground floor, you will discover a functional entrance with several storage spaces as well as a separate toilet. You will then access a pleasant living room with a friendly living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs, you will find a bathroom and a charming bedroom offering a magnificent view of the sea, ideal for enjoying gentle awakenings.

To fully enjoy the outdoors although it is not private, a table and chairs are also available.

You will have access to the entire accommodation during your stay.

🗝️ YOUR ARRIVAL

In order to offer you maximum flexibility, a set of keys is at your disposal in a secure key box allowing you to access the accommodation independently.

If our availability allows it, we will also be happy to welcome you in person and give you the keys during an appointment agreed together.

Throughout your stay, we remain reachable by phone or message to answer your questions, inform you about the region, accompany you in case of special needs or provide you with occasional help.

We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible and help make your stay at La Petite Cale as pleasant as possible.

🅿️ PARKING
Parking spaces are available near the house. Please do not leave your vehicle parked for a long time in front of the house, for safety reasons related to the narrowness of the road.

🧺 HOUSEHOLD LINEN PROVIDED
In order to travel lighter, household linen is included in your stay:
🛏️ A complete set of sheets
🛁 A set of bath towels per person
🍴 A tea towel and a hand towel

🫧 WASHING MACHINE
The washing machine is provided only for stays of a minimum of one week.

🗒️HOUSE RULES
In order for everyone to fully enjoy their stay while respecting the place and the area, we thank you for taking note of the following rules:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house,
- The house is equipped with a smoke detector,
- Please respect the peace of the area between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.,
- Pets are not allowed. While we appreciate them, this rule is meant to keep the place clean and comfortable for all our travellers.
