We are happy to offer you our family home for relaxed summer, in a very quiet area and ideally located for carefree and wonderful holidays, 800 m from the port and the medieval market and 300 m from the beach. On one level the house welcomes you in its beautiful and bright living room of 50 m2 which opens onto the garden with lawn and its 8 x 4 swimming pool (depth: from 1.10 to 1.80 m, equipped with an alarm, unheated ) The orientation is SOUTH. The master suite includes a 160 x 200 bed facing the rising sun with a view of the swimming pool. The other 2 bedrooms with 140 x 200 bed and the bathroom overlook the courtyard on the east side The kitchen opens onto a summer veranda with its gas plancha. You have 5 deckchairs on the terrace and a garden furniture. On the courtyard side, the electric gate with its gate opening by digital code for bicycle and pedestrian passage ensures tranquility. 1 parking space in the reception courtyard 2 bikes available.
