Single Storey Villa⭐️⭐️⭐️ La Flotte - Heated Pool till november- Calm - 7 Pers.
- 🏡 Just a few minutes' walk from the Arnérault beach, our single-storey house has a surface area of 125 m2 on a 650 m2 property. It comprises:
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room,
- a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- a bedroom with bunk beds (1 bed 90cm and 1 bed 140cm)
- a bathroom and separate toilet.
- an independent bedroom with a 160cm bed, private shower, washbasin and toilet
🧺 Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.
👶 On request, we can provide a cot, bathtub, booster chair and deckchair for babies aged 6 months to 3 years.
🤵 A team on-site will welcome you and provide you with all the information you need to settle in as soon as you arrive.
🛌 Bed linen and towels are available as an additional charge, to be specified with our butler before your arrival.
🏊♀️ The south-facing swimming pool is 9 m x 4.5 m (excluding access stairs). It is salt-treated, heated from April to early November and secured by a roller shutter. A safety gate and a barrier make access impossible for small children.
🌴 You'll enjoy our walled, wooded garden under the awning, facing the pool in the warmer hours, and prolonging your evenings with its LED lighting. You'll also have access to a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the calm of the garden.
📶 Fiber-optic internet connection.
🏓 For your entertainment, table tennis, books and board games are available.
🚗 You can park a vehicle inside the property, sheltered by an awning.
😺 We accept pets.
🏖️ Our property is close to the Arnérault beach, shops and the village center, with its medieval market open every day during the high season.
