This 19th century house with great amenities is located in the heart of the village of La Flotte en Ré, around 150 m from the port, 300 m from the beach, 100 m from the typical market and less than 100 m from the shops. The house is particularly spacious, it includes: On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.), an air-conditioned dining area, enjoying a bright light exceptional thanks to a full bay window to the outside and giving access to the terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha The living room, upstairs, is composed of a set of relaxing sofas, a wood stove and a TV. The 4 bedrooms, upstairs, including a master bedroom with 180cm bed and bathroom, one with 160cm bed and cot, one with a 140cm bed and one with two 90cm beds, have bedding quality. Upstairs, the bathroom has a spacious shower, a corner bath, a double sink and a toilet. The house has unlimited internet access. A bicycle storage room is available.
