The room was clean, air conditioning was cold, the view was amazing, the pool was perfect, like an infinity pool looking àt the beautiful ocean and mountains( really beautiful/relaxing and amazing) The staff is really the best thing over all, regardless of you focus on the renovations needed, think about the price that you've paid for such and amazing view and location,v specially that the staff makes it more than worth it Nelfy and Leo at the breakfast buffet( which is included in the price) they go far and beyond to please you. Jesus at the front desk is second to known and security is always available and around to help you with a smile on their face. Edwin and Marcos at the pool bar will make their own recipe Mojitos you'll not find any where in the world( seriously) So stop your whining over third world country accommodations and focus on the real things that you will take with you after your vacation after approximately 70 dollars per night. Let's focus on the positive. ( And I leave in Miami Beach by the way😊)

We had such an amazing stay at Sosúa by the Sea! If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly hotel where you can truly relax, this is the place. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is so calm. I personally loved that there wasn’t a loud club on the property—it made it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time with my family.
I want to give a huge thank you to Randy at the bar. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Another special thank you to Juan, who went above and beyond by decorating both of our rooms with balloons—one for my son’s birthday and one for my fiancé’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made both celebrations feel extra special.
The restaurant staff also deserves recognition. They surprised us with a personalized birthday cake, and both the staff and fellow guests sang Happy Birthday. It was such a heartfelt moment that we’ll never forget. The kindness and effort everyone put into making our family feel celebrated meant so much to us.
From the beautiful scenery to the outstanding hospitality, our experience exceeded our expectations. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at Sosúa by the Sea for making our trip so special! ❤️
