We went to school in La Crosse so it holds a special place in our hearts. This property was absolutely PERFECT for our stay. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurants and enjoy the river. This property allowed us all to be together in one space rather than spliting 2 hotel rooms. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well stocked! The beds are comfortable with great pillows. The air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived, and they sent someone to fix it right away. It's in a terrific location, close to the river and shopping. Great restaurants close by, also! The only issue is the noise from the bars in the area, but they let you know that ahead of time. Would suggest the mgmt update their checkin process to indicate all details. The link was not working It's difficult to access the "portal" to find the checkout list. I had to request the list. Also, asked us to "put a load of towels in". The washing machine is coin operated,we had no change. Also unclear as to which garbage/recycling cans are for that apartment. Had to go down a couple buildings outside then up the alley in the back. There were numerous bins, none labeled for that location.
