The location was great to see Olympique the Marseille!!, the hotel was great, the staff was nice, except for Virginie , we were ordering at the restaurant but , our food was taking so long and she really didn’t care, because she was focus on other people’s order, thank goodness Sebastian understood what Happened and he gave my son a free non alcoholic fruit cocktail and he enjoyed it a lot, so 10 points for Sebastien 0 for Virginie

What we will remember most is the overall sublime ambience that we felt in every area of the property. The front desk staff were always cheerful, our serveuse (future dentist!) was patient & knowledgeable as was the sommelier. The food was remarkable, a brilliant chef! We loved François, so many jobs, such a pro!

"Nice property, very close to Aix centre, yet away from its business. Lovely swimming pool area. Hotel a bit dated but nothing that detracts from the stay. Rooms with balconies looked particularly appealing, but they were not available for our dates of stay. Aix is beautiful!"
