I probably would not visit this resort again. I reserved a one bedroom suite with a pullout sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs of the very thin mattress. The front desk did nothing and offered no resolution.
I could hair and dust on the bathroom floor.
I was on the second floor, had to climb up about twenty stairs, with all of our things, there are no elevators. Since it was the first time for us staying at the resort, I had no idea that there weren’t any elevators provided, and all the stairs that had to be walked. The agent who checked the sand did not even ask if we had any restrictions with walking.
I would not stay here again. I was not happy with the with the service.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Only reason why i can’t give a 5 star review is because the TV didn’t really work. After a long day it would be nice to come back to a tv that has working channels instead of choppy signal or just not loading at all.

Our stay was acceptable at the Dana. Nothing spectacular and nothing horrible. The choice of two pools were nice. My heartburn comes from the additional resort fee that doesn't seem to provide any benefit that a non resort fee hotel provides, actually there are fewer benefits. Free coffee only lasts an hour and a half, very early in the morning. No breakfast unless you can afford to give away an extremity to feed a family. Overall it was a good place to stay but the resort fee is not valuable.

Room was spacious . Outside lawn area was nice and coy ponds with waterfalls were very cool to view. Enjoyed our stay there. Only downside was they charged for parking which I paid and when leaving they charged us again to leave .
