New penthouse of 70 meters in the heart of the city, next to the Orzán beach and Paseo Marítimo, and in the heart of the city leisure restoration.
Excellent construction and insulation. Fully equipped and comfortable (heating and hot water instantly by city gas)
It consists of 2 bedrooms: the main one with a double bed of 1.50 with a complete bathroom. The secondary bed of 1.05. There is another extra bed in the living room of 1.05. Living room kitchen with comfortable sofa, flat TV and all appliances: oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc.
Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, blankets, bedspreads sheets to beach towels.
The ideal people: 4 although they could sleep 5.
I have a large garage with optional surveillance in a building very close to the street for 8 euros per day (negotiable for long stays.
