We had a FABULOUS stay. Location and parking great. Loved they had a restaurant and bar downstairs. Family owned and they were all AMAZING. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. About 10 min drive from La Massana!! Loved it was a bit outside of the hustle bustle of the main city. Will definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. A few times I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. It feels as if no one is in charge here and there's serious mismanagement. If you're coming to Andorra, there's plenty of other hotels in the area... where you actually get a modern room and kind staff.

Ótimo atendimento, chegamos depois horário para o chekin, porém foi deixado um envelope em um cofre (eles enviam por e-mail senha e instruções) no dia seguinte você tem que fazer o chekin, paga 200 euros de caução, no checkout eles estornam na mesma hora. Estacionamento gratuito, tem café da manhã, mais não tomamos lá, tem restaurante também no local, mais não utilizamos. Acesso aos quartos por elevadores e escada. Pegamos apenas um quarto e sala com sofá cama (achei meio duro), a cozinha a geladeira é pequena, na realidade um frigobar, o fogão é elétrico de 2 bocas, acho que estava com defeito, ficava apagando e acendendo. Outro detalhe é que no checkout eles conferem se você limpou ou não o quarto e cozinha, caso não eles pedem para você fazer. Apesar de ter feito, ficou ainda uns 2 copos e uns 3 papéis no chao, eles vão lá conferir e pedem para você voltar e arrumar, não gostei.

Pontos positivos: estacionamento grátis no local, equipe atenciosa, local limpo, tranquilo e silencioso a noite e com bela vista das montanhas na varanda. No geral foi ótimo custo benefício. Accueil très sympathique. Appart spacieux . Côté route, mais belle vue. Moyennement insonorisé mais clientèle et route calme la nuit. Litierie confortable. Repas goûteux mais horaires limités (18h en semaine et 21h le samedi) Petit déjeuner délicieux anglais et continental. Accès rapide à la ville et aux parcs naturels. Site pile en face de 3 dépars de randonnée. Top. Attention aux forfaits téléphoniques ! Andorre est hors Europe et les données mobiles sont une ruine. Le wifi de l’hôtel fonctionne super bien 👍
