These 750 sf modern cottage rentals have an urban style interior with 2 bedrooms that are located on opposite sides of the main living room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a quality bedding, a flat screen, Smart TV and large closet. The master has its own en-suite bathroom with an Italian style shower rainfall shower. The second bedroom also features a king size bed, patio doors, a 4K Smart TV and en-suite bathroom.

The spacious great room has an industrial loft like feel and includes the living room, kitchen and dining area. The sitting area has a leather and chrome sofa and loveseat, gas fireplace and a flat screen, Smart TV.

The open kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. In between the kitchen and the living room is a contemporary dining table that seats four people.
On the day of your arrival, a $500 security deposit will be required on a credit card. The deposit will be released a few days after your departure, provided that no damage has been found.
