About this property
Lakefront chalet near Tremblant, Hot Tub
A lakefront chalet on Lac Lauzon, frozen and snow-covered all winter. Ski Tremblant, 15 minutes away, and be back in time to watch the sun set over the snowy lake. Evenings are for the hot tub, a fire crackling in the sunroom and a game of pool. A warm, multi-level chalet for up to 14 guests.
A beautifully furnished, multi-level chalet right on Lac Lauzon, made for families and groups of up to 14.
In winter, the lake turns white outside the big windows, and the hot tub on the deck is never better than when the snow is falling. Evenings end by the fire in the sunroom.
The bright, open living area welcomes you with soaring cathedral ceilings and big windows that flood the space with light. Curl up in the cozy sunroom by the indoor fireplace, or gather for game night around the pool table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook together.
Outside • A year-round hot tub on a cozy lounge deck, surrounded by nature • A wood fire pit and a gas fire for evenings outside • A big terrace with BBQ for eating outdoors • Starlink wifi (about 150 Mbps) and a smart TV
Sleeping (up to 14) • Bedroom 1: king bed • Bedroom 2: queen bed • Bedroom 3: queen-over-queen bunk bed • Bedroom 4: queen-over-queen bunk bed • Living room: sofa bed
Guest access You have the whole property to yourselves, with your own private dock on the lake and the boats to go with it.
The neighbourhood Mont-Tremblant, 15 minutes away, is at its best in winter. • Skiing and snowboarding on the Tremblant slopes • The Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village, with its restaurants, shops and casino • Rue de Saint-Jovite, for restaurants, shops and groceries • The Nordic spa in Mont-Tremblant, perfect after a day in the snow
Good to know • There`s no cell signal at the chalet, but the wifi is strong: turn on wifi calling and your phone works normally. Being this far out, the wifi can occasionally be affected by bad weather. • The water comes from the lake and goes through our treatment system, and it`s tested twice a year. It`s perfectly safe to drink. Because it comes from nature, it can sometimes have a slight yellow tint; that`s normal and doesn`t mean it isn`t clean. • Coffee: a regular filter coffee maker. • Pets are welcome. • Life in nature: depending on the season you may meet a few Asian ladybugs, have a short power cut during a storm, or find a balcony only partly cleared of snow in winter. It`s part of the charm, and someone local is always a call away. • This is a quiet place: no parties, no music outside. There are security cameras outside only, and a NoiseAware sensor that measures sound levels without recording anything.
Québec registration number (CITQ): 301626 • No parties or events. • No music outside; inside, keep it low enough that it can`t be heard from outdoors. • Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. No shouting outside, especially by the lake. • No fireworks or firecrackers on the property. • No smoking or vaping inside. • The chalet has a NoiseAware noise sensor (no recording) and security cameras outside only. Tampering with the sensor or repeated noise complaints: CAD 200 fee. • Only toilet paper in the toilets. • Hot items never directly on wood, counters or tables. • No confetti, and please leave the furniture where it is. • Bath towels stay inside; please bring beach towels for the lake. • Hot tub: cover on and temperature back to 98°F after use; no food or glass around it. • Propane valve closed after each use of the BBQ. • Extra fees may apply for damaged towels or bedding, a hot tub that needs draining, or a chalet that needs much more cleaning than usual. • Pets welcome: off the beds and couches, supervised outside, picked up after.
