Apartment on the first floor in a residence of 30 apartments, built in 1971, located 500m from Clusaz center, 800m from ESF ski lesson departures at Bossonnet, 50m from shuttle services and the aquatic space. Very beautiful view of the village, mountains and ski slopes.   
  
LIVING ROOM: (PVC parquet floor) 10 m2, a sofa, television, French door leading to a south-facing balcony, beautiful view of mountains and ski slopes, outdoor table and chairs   
  
LIVING/KITCHEN: comfort sofa, dining area, sink, microwave, oven, 4 induction plates, hood, refrigerator with freezer block, dishwasher, coffee maker, fondue and raclette appliance,   
  
BEDROOM: (PVC parquet floor) 14 m2, 2 single beds (90x200), closet, window,
